A 1,500-square-foot prewar efficiency on East 79th Street, opened with sliding doors, a white palette, and custom ceilings.
Full renovation of a 1,500 SF efficiency apartment in a prewar building on E79th Street in Manhattan’s Upper Eastside. The design is minimal and white. The project feature operable sliding doors to combine all rooms as well as custom ceiling and lighting design. MA/D provided full design services, building department filing, MEP and consultant coordination, and construction administration services.
