This residential gut renovation of an upper East Side Townhouse was custom designed in a traditional style at the client’s request. The prominent elements include a new 6 story staircase, a new residential elevator, rooftop addition with garden and a rear terrace of the kitchen. MA/D provided full architectural services and interior design services. McKay provided all architectural and interior design services as well as MEP, Structural consultant coordination, NYC Building Department and NYC Landmark Preservation Commission approvals.
